Help Develop Canada website will provide suggestions and justifications for achieving a 4% to a 6% Growth Rate by identifying where Development can occur and where we hopefully can find Private Investment to optimize the opportunities. 

Our focus is to educate the public by defining the possibilities, the rationale and thus assist to educate, and stir thought provoking ideas, which can benefit everyone in the long term.

To Achieve this Government at all levels must send a clear Message or Signal that it is open for Business and Welcomes Investment, reduces Regulatory Processes and Cuts Project Approval Times Significantly. The Investment and Development ATTITUDE must change to one of Welcome, rather than the Power of Control and Restriction.


Our Purpose and Objectives

  • Elect the Best and most Experienced Progressive Conservative Leader in the August Nomination.
  • Ensure we Elect a Progressive Conservative Government in the next Federal Election.
  • Identify the Industries sectors that can enable Canada to reach a 4% to a 6% Gross Domestic Product.
  • Provide Strategies that Enable Canada to Balance the Federal Budget in a reasonable Time.
  • Ensure Politicians are Accountable to spend Hard Earned Tax Dollars wisely.
  • Support Projects that Help Canada reach our Potential, providing Quality Jobs.
  • Grow to Full Employment, and Reduce our Dependence on Government Programs.
  • Reduce and Eliminate Government Regulations at all levels, Enabling Private Investment.
  • Educate Millennials on the differences between Capitalism versus Socialism.
  • Explain how Profits and Credit provide long term Growth and not the Public Service.
  • Understand that Climate Change will always be with us, but Canadians are not the Cause of it.
  • Ensure that Canada will continue to develop based on it’s Natural Resources and Trade.
This means a Fully Employed Work Force, Generating Value Added Productivity, with Advancement and Opportunities for all.

The Current Political Situation

We have a Liberal Government who has gone on Holiday for 4 Months, while we have a Pandemic and close to a Trillion Dollar Debt. This is a time to plan future Development and a process to Balance the Budget in the near future

The Current Liberal Government is caught up in Climate Change and Social Justice Issues, all beyond their control, but negatively affecting our economy. To the extent that our GDP Growth rate was only 0.3% prior to the outbreak of the Coronavirus.

We have lost an incredible amount of Investment in Canada, resulting in an unsustainable Equalization schedule.

The Goal is to Elect a Progressive Conservative Government, which will create an "Open for Business" Attitude, and Environment accepting of Investment and Development, without undo Regulations and Delay.

A Government who understands the Value of our Resources, and Different Business Sectors and what they Contribute to our Society.

Understand that currently the next Election is stacked in favor of the Liberals, with the Public Sector Unions, Millennial's and Environmentalist, being persuaded by 61 Environmentalist and Activists in the Federal Ministers Offices, looking for Taxpayers handouts.

We need Balance and Business Development going forward.
 
To Support all Industries, we need Strong Support and Direction from a Strong, Disciplined Federal Government.
 
This direction has not come from the Current Liberal Government after 6 years in power. Instead, we have witnessed Weak GDP Growth and a Growing Debt and Deficit even in supposedly good times prior to the Corona Pandemic.
 
We need to move to a Majority Progressive Conservative Government with new Leadership.
Frankly, this boils down to two possible candidates in the upcoming Nomination Bid with any real experience.

Canadians need to get involved in this nomination process to ensure the best candidate is selected. This is our country and our children and grand-children’s future.
 
The current lack of Leadership has caused a great deal of confusion, and bias, as to the direction of the Country.

About the Founder - 
Blaine Mitton

My name is Blaine Mitton, together let’s Create a Renewed Focus on our Combined Resources to set a New Direction for Canada, that will Challenge and Benefit all Canadians! 
We have been Restricted by Government Bureaucracy from achieving our Great Potential!
I am an Engineer, Past VP of Manufacturing Operations for a Canadian Company, Product Coordinator, and International Business Development Manager, for both Canadian and Internationals Markets, including UK, Europe and South East Asia.
Besides my Business Background, I am a Past President of the Brampton, Ontario Board of Trade, a former Director of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, and a Past President of the Canadian Hardware and Houseware Association.
More recently, I have done Mergers & Acquisitions in the Transportation and Logistics Market.
Today, I am using the Sum of my Experiences to Encourage Business and all Canadians to think about who and why we need a New Progressive Conservative Leader to Develop Canada to it’s full Potential using all of its Available Resources, be it People, Natural Resources, Manufacturing, Distribution and Government.
